1. 100-Night Organic Trial
We're so confident in the quality of our organic pillows that we offer a 100-night trial. But how does it work? If you aren't completely satisfied after 30 nights of use (it takes time for your neck to adjust!), we'll offer a full refund. Note: Limited to one return per household.
2. Online Sales & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We use secure payment processors to ensure your data stays safe. You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes of your purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship our pillows vacuum-sealed to reduce our carbon footprint. Once you open the box, your new sleep companion will expand to its full glory within 24 hours. Does your delivery location affect the time? Generally, New York residents receive orders within 2 business days.
4. Returns and Hygiene
Due to the personal nature of bedding, returned items are never resold. We partner with local charities in New York to donate gently used trial returns. Isn't it better to give back while clearing out the clutter?
